Localisation for One Laptop per child project - Aboriginal Languages

The first stage of this work is to develop a keyboard that is suitable for all/most Indigenous Languages in Australia. That is it will have all the English characters for borrowed words, plus 'command-key' links on related keys for the variations on letters within Aboriginal language characters.

The keyboard design is shown under Keyboard. The project is ready to implement when needed.

Language Stories

Some Language programs have been developed for OLPC. They are stories in Yolngu which have been bundled with an activity interface.
