In the kinship system, your are have individual totems relating to your rank with in society. You may have specific duties relating to your skills. Also you are born with a name that specifies your kinship to everyone, but this places you in a group or team where there is a common interest in a particular part of nature. Your position in this team specifies how you relate to members of each member of every other team.
